By Geouge S. A. Racking A.B., M.B. (Cantab). Havingbeen told by my chowkedar that he knew of a woman who had twin children "joined," as he said, " by the belly," I told him to have thein brought for me to see; accordingly this morning the father and mother came bringing the twins. The father is about 45, a fairly representative Hindoo of the Moira caste. The mother is a fine healthy looking woman of 23 or 24 years of age. She has three other children, all of whom are healthy and in no way deformed.
